Gymnastics

Pick any one time slot from Tract 1 and any one time slot from Tract 2.  Time slots may be taken in sequence on the same day or you may choose opposing days and time slots.

Girls Gymnastics is  the traditional women’s Olympic events. GAR’s state-of-the-art training facility provides each student with a positive, progressive, and fun approach to learning gymnastics. This is a success-oriented program designed to develop the individual, as well as the gymnast.

A special invite program where we will prepare the athlete for team competitions. Focus is on shaping, flexibility, strength and Level 4 skills.

GYMNASTIC PRE-TEAM - INVITATION ONLY (6 hours a week of class)


Our Recreational Gymnastics Classes are 55min in length and designed for kids at all levels ages 6 and older. Whether your child is brand new to the world of gymnastics or is on a mission to one day walk onto a competitive team, our program is designed to meet her where she is and help her achieve her goals. Simply choose an appropriate level (if you dont know, choose level 1) and class time that works for your schedule.
